How it works

  • We write goal-specific programs (strength, hypertrophy, weight loss, etc.) with a high level of attention to detail, in a timely fashion and send them directly to you via email.
  • A customized daily workout schedule is provided to you in regular intervals (usually 1-month), based on your goals and current fitness level.
  • Videos and descriptions are included for every exercises.
  • Adjustments to training plan as needed.
  • Consultation on training nutrition as needed.
  • Unlimited coach support via email/text (response within 48 hours).
  • Phone calls scheduled as needed.
  • Monthly video calls (30 minutes).

Endurance-Specific Coaching

  • We write goal-specific programs (running, cycling, triathlon, etc.) with a high level of attention to detail, in a timely fashion in your premium Training Peaks account based on training zones derived from field or lab based testing.
  • A customized daily workout schedule is provided to you in regular intervals (usually 1-month), as well as an estimated annual training plan and periodization based on your selected race priority, goals, and current fitness level.
  • All endurance plans include 2-3 days per week of strength training, depending on goals.
  • Adjustments to training plan as needed.
  • Consultation on training/race nutrition, race strategy, and race debriefing.
  • Unlimited coach support via email/text (response within 48 hours).
  • Phone calls scheduled as needed.
  • Monthly video calls (30 minutes).

Initial Consultation:

This is a 60- to 90-minute phone/video/or in-person session with your coach during which he/she will ask questions and listen to help develop the best possible training plan. Following the initial consultation, if there is a mutual agreement to continue forward with a coaching relationship, your coach will send you a contact outlining your coaching agreement. The initial consultation fee must be paid up front.  

Payment Structure:

  • You will be automatically billed via PayPal on the 1st day of the month.
  • Initial consultation fee due up front and first month due on signing.
  • 5% discount given to those who pay quarterly (3 months at a time).
  • 30-days notice required for terminations of coaching services.
  • 24-hour notice required to reschedule or cancel (with full refund) the initial consultation.
